Classics in Lego

I’ll admit, I think these ads for Lego’s 50th Anniversary are kind of neat.
But they’re not completely original.
Ask Balakov, one of my favorite photographers on Flickr. He’s been recreating famous photos using Legos for years - including the iconic Tiananmen Square shot shown above.
Check him out. Then, remind yourself that even the coolest idea has probably already been done. So, turns out, it’s the perspective that ends up making the biggest impact.
